Thank you for shopping with Sasha Penned It. Every order is carefully prepared and fulfilled with care. Please review the information below regarding processing times, shipping timelines, and order inquiries.

Please note: Sasha Penned It is a small independent author business. Processing times are built into every order to allow for fulfillment, packaging, and shipment preparation.


Order Processing

All regular orders begin processing on the Sunday following your purchase date.

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for processing and shipping.

Processing time includes:

  • Order review

  • Inventory preparation

  • Packaging

  • Fulfillment

  • Carrier acceptance

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are produced and fulfilled after the pre-order period closes.

Please allow 14–28 business days from the date pre-orders close for processing and shipping.

Pre-order timelines may vary depending on:

  • Product type

  • Production schedules

  • Inventory availability

  • Seasonal demand

Estimated shipping updates will be communicated whenever possible.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may be held until all items are available for shipment.


Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when applicable.

Please allow carriers time to update tracking information after receiving your package.


Shipping Delays

While every effort is made to fulfill orders within the stated processing times, Sasha Penned It is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before they can be reshipped.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Sasha Penned It is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Digital Products

Digital products, including eBooks and downloadable content, are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping timelines.

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page.
