Thank you for shopping with Sasha Penned It. Every order means the world to me, and I want you to have a great experience. Please review the policy below regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Digital Products (eBooks & Digital Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital products, all eBook and digital download sales are final.
Once a digital file has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience any issues receiving or accessing your digital purchase, please contact me and I will gladly help resolve the problem.
Physical Books
If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.
To help process your request, please include:

Eligible damaged items may qualify for:

A refund at my discretion
Please understand that ALL damaged and/or defective items must be returned, and a shipping label will be provided to be eligible for any of the above.
Signed Copies
Signed books are made specifically for each customer.
Because of their personalized nature, signed copies cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Merchandise & Bookish Extras
Unused merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

Returned in original packaging when possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error occurred with the order.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees before being reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Sasha Penned It is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped or a digital product has been delivered, the order can no longer be canceled.
